As an amateur for fine rums and always looking for new flavors, I used to prepare for my family and friends, some original and gourmet to liven up the homemade rums… When I had to decide which professional route I should turn into, it was so obvious to me! I was encouraged and supported by my wife and two faithful friends, including one from the Reunion, I went for it! They all came along on this fascinating and original adventure.
