The Pagoda of Chanteloup

History

Let the Pagoda of Chanteloup enchant you. This exotic Chinese tower, built under King Louis XVI, is the only remain of the Duke of Choiseul’s chateau, destroyed in 1823.

From the top of its 44 meters, it offers a wonderful panorama over the large forest of Amboise. Its green paths still prove today the greatness of the gone 18th century chateau.

The 35-acre park allows you to discover the little Chinese garden and enjoy the quietness of a small boat tour on the Great Pond.
