Description
Liberté is a gastronomic and sustainable restaurant located 15 minutes from Amboise and 30 minutes from Tours. You will find a Chef's cuisine based on fresh and local products: that of Romain Thevenon. Here, everything is home-made, even the sourdough bread.

Schedules Season (from June to September): Wednesday to Monday Lunch and Evening, Lunch from 12pm to 2pm Dinner from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.
Off Season (October to May): Thursday to Monday Lunch and Evening, Lunch from 12 to 2 pm Dinner from 7.30 to 9.30 pm.
